- You should look for one with experienced staff who understands your needs, native Chinese sourcers in China with access to hundreds of factories and allegiances to none of them and a strong quality assurance program.

- Most major brands now produce in China. Think of a leader in any category and they will have production in China - BMW, Sony, Apple are all produced in China. Product reliability is getting better and better and in most areas it is world class. If there is an area that is not world class we do not deal in it. We are a business that wants to build on a reputation for quality and this means dealing only in supplying things China can do well. For example even though there is money to be made in food, we do not deal in food from China because we believe that unlike other product lines this is still not world class.

- In the beginning we used Alibaba ourselves but like many others we found the process to be frustrating as there were many misunderstandings and many companies pretending to be factories. We were the victim of many 'bait and switch' scams where we would get a nice sample to look at but when we ordered the stock was of a different quality or simply did not work. We do recommend that you try Alibaba first as we did but when you want to move faster and need a better way then we are a low cost and low risk sourcing option for you.
